Full-time Deputy Clerk needs to have 2 years minimum of accounting experience, to assist in accounts payable, accounts receivables and miscellaneous monthly, quarterly, and annual report filing.
They do not need to be proficient with Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and Microsoft Word, but it is a plus.
Primary Office hours are Monday through Thursdays 8:
45am- 5:
15pm and Fridays 8:
15am- 1:
15pm.
They will cover occasional council meetings, training, events, and vacation/sick days for the City Clerk/Treasurer as needed.
We are looking for someone with great customer service who can multi-task; taking water payments, answer telephones, and have good overall communication skills.
Other General clerical duties may also include filing, copying, faxing, light cleaning, and other duties as necessary.
Wage rage:
$18.
00 - $28.
00 per hour, with full medical, dental, and vision benefits.
